3. Return and Refund Policy
- 3.1. General Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- 3.2. Return Process
Request an RMA number by emailing [email protected] or calling 833-376-5056.
Provide your invoice number, product details, and reason for return.
Ship the item back to the return address provided in the RMA instructions.
- 3.3. Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued as store credit, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.
- 3.4. Non-Refundable Items
Membership fees, digital products, and services that have been used are non-refundable.
Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
