• 3. Return and Refund Policy 
    3.1. General Return Policy Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
    3.2. Return Process Request an RMA number by emailing [email protected] or calling 833-376-5056. Provide your invoice number, product details, and reason for return. Ship the item back to the return address provided in the RMA instructions. 
    3.3. Refunds & Store Credit Refunds are issued as store credit, unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected. 
    3.4. Non-Refundable Items Membership fees, digital products, and services that have been used are non-refundable. Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
